Additional: For Khulna, the complete set of two stamps most likely exists on cover as well, but have not been seen by the author.

• A normal stamp is illustrated on the left. On the right is a stamp commemorating the 75th Anniversary of Rotary International. There is a color shift of the red and the tan, downward, thus "BANGLADESH" is at the top in English and Bangla. This is not a perforations shift as the black is printed in the correct position.

• A very strange cover as it is not a FDC. It appears that the cancelling device was used to cancel regular mail. The date in the cancellation must have been the date this cover was mailed as no stamps were issued on 15 June, 1981. This is the First Day cancellation that is always available in the Philatelic Bureaus. Obviously someone used it to cancel a letter.

• A scarce presentation booklet for the stamp. Many of the early booklets are not in good condition due to the quality of paper and the lack of interest of many collectors in such things.

• A shifting of colors due to poor registration. It is somewhat blurry but is very visible at the bottom of the stamp. This is not an error, it is an oddity.

• At the top is a left margin pair with a misperforation. Below it is what is believed to be a unique item with the pink green, light and dark blue colors missing, meaning much of the printing on the sheet is missing.

• Very rare essay for the stamp. Note that the value in the essay is 40p. The value of the issued stamp was 50p. There is a punch mark in the upper left corner with some slight damage to the card, which would have little effect on the value.

• A privately produced First Day Cover of the stamp, with a Chittagong cancellation.

A privately produced FDC on quality paper also exists, prepared by the "International Society of Postmasters/ Association Internationale des Receveurs de la Poste". The covers have a cachet with a light blue rectangle with a picture of a boy reading to a girl inside of it. They are sitting under a tree with mountains in the background. Most likely all of these covers bear typewritten addresses as they were sold on a subscription basis. They were not sent through the mails unprotected, but were mailed under separate cover. The postmark is the same as that of the general government issued cover. The reverse flap bears the logo of the organization and their name. The back of the envelope has a "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY" printed on it in English and French.
This cover also exists with “Stamps of all Countries” in English and French above the cachet. Those seen are not addressed.

It reads, "1) Border - Writing, drawing of Hill, Solid deep colours," and, "2) Background of Monogran, Light Colours". Below it is a First Day Cover.
